Demolition work has begun in west Ealing in preparation for building the second phase of homes at the 155 million Green Man Lane scheme.

The developer A2Dominion will start construction work on 187 homes in early 2015, 61 of which it said would be affordable.

The development will feature a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

David Price, A2Dominion’s regeneration director, said: “The Green Man Lane regeneration project demonstrates our long-term commitment to Ealing, where we already own and manage approximately 3,500 properties.

“The borough continues to attract business and is a place where people want to live and work, and we are delighted to play a part in its ongoing development by delivering even more high quality homes to local people.”

Phase One, which completed earlier this year, provided 176 homes and the overall scheme will eventually deliver 700.
