Queens Park Rangers football club will go head-to head with the world's biggest motor dealership Cargiant over the latter's plans for an 18-ha opportunity site on the border of Ealing.
The London Evening Standard revealed that Cargiant wants to build a mixed-use scheme at the site, which would include 9,500 homes, a new high street and a “cultural hub”.
It will now go at loggerheads with QPR, which has launched its own consultation on plans for a new 40,000 seater stadium and new homes at the site, reported by Ealing in London magazine last month (September).
