Property consultants Michael Rodgers has noted more companies moving to, expanding or retaining their Ealing offices.
The company said it had sold offices to solicitors Elliot’s Bond and Banbur, which has been based in the borough for many years.
Part of the Libyan Embassy is also moving to Ealing, while travel agency Wayte Travel has renewed its lease on Uxbridge Road.
A spokesperson for the company said that the acquisitions were “all signs showing businesses see Ealing as a strategic location”.
