The second phase of Countryside and L&Q's Acton Gardens scheme has been launched.

Known as Liberty Quarter, it will feature luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom "überhaus" duplex apartments.

The overall project will include 2,500 homes once completed, as well as a new sports ground, a central plaza with shops, youth centre and other community facilities.

Its location near retail on Chiswick High Street, Acton Town tube station and a new Crossrail station at Action main line station from 2018, are factors helping attract potential buyers, according to  Countryside.

Andrew Loveday, sales and marketing director at Countryside, said: "The first phase of Acton [Gardens] was so popular; it sold out in just a matter of months. Ever since there has been anticipation for the launch of the second phase, so now we are pleased to announce the opportunity that has become available for first time – for buyers and investors to take advantage of the brand new properties in this regeneration hotspot."

"We had a fantastic turn out for the [latest] launch with properties already reserved. We are excited that Liberty Quarter has launched to put Acton Gardens back on the market."

Homes at Liberty Quarter were designed by award-winning architect, Alison Brooks.
