Catalyst Housing has paid £14 million to the West London Mental Health Trust for a development site in Hanwell, Ealing.
The developer has outline planning permission for 270 new homes, of which 200 are for outright sale and 70 are affordable.
Director of business development at Catalyst Housing, Tom Titherington, told Ealing in London magazine: "We are now looking at the outline plan and working with Ealing Council to maximise the use of the site to see if we can increase the percentage of affordable housing while maintaining profit levels."
