The club have offered £21 million for the 12.1 acre site on Kendal Avenue, which has also attracted interest from distribution and industrial buildings specialist Prologis, Estates Gazette reported.

However, the property magazine added that the site was one of several in the Old Oak Common area currently subject to a safeguarding order from HS2 Limited, which could see it used as a construction storage depot for the high-speed rail line’s construction.
