The developers behind the £600 million Acton Gardens masterplan have submitted detailed proposals for the third phase of the 2,600-home scheme.
Acton Gardens LLP - a joint venture partnership between Countryside Properties and affordable housing provider London & Quadrant - announced this week that it had lodged plans with Ealing Council for the next wave of 240 homes.
It said the plans, designed by Stitch-Studio and Maccreanor Lavingdon would cover two sites in the masterplan, which centres around Bollo Lane and Bollo Bridge Road.
The development’s 167-home first phase is now complete and occupied, while construction of the Alison Brooks Architects-designed second phase started on-site earlier this month.
It features a mix of apartments and maisonettes in buildings of six to eight storeys in height. They are expected to be complete in the summer of 2015.
