The first phase of the major regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate will be completed in early 2014, according to housing provider A2Dominion.
The firm is working in partnership with regeneration specialist Rydon to transform the estate through a £136 million investment in new homes, community facilities and public open spaces.
A total of 706 homes will be built under the project, with the first residents having already moved in while work continues on the scheme.
Darrell Mercer, A2 Dominion’s chief executive, said the project will contribute significantly to the wider regeneration of west Ealing.
He said: “We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Rydon and Ealing Council on the regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate, where our aim is to build an attractive, safe and sustainable community where people are proud to live.”
