Ealing Council has appointed Lovell to build 43 energy-efficient social-rent homes in Northolt.

The developer will construct five three- and four-bedroomed houses and 38 one- and two-bedroomed flats at Eastcote Lane.

Work on the £5.1 million scheme  is set to start shortly at the brownfield former school site, for completion in autumn 2014.

Lovell has recently built two other schemes for Ealing Council: 15-home development at High Lane, Hanwell, and 10 homes at Dabbs Hill Lane in Northolt.
