GlaxoSmithKline site: Plans set to be submitted within weeks

In October, the new Greenwich School of Management campus opened in a large former office building at the 9ha site.

Now, development partner Stolkin Greenford has said it is progressing plans to redevelop and regenerate the rest of the site with a “mixed-use development comprising residential, employment, leisure, retail and other uses”.

It said an application was expected to be submitted “in the first half of 2013” for proposals that would “provide an opportunity to regenerate a disused site, improving the economy and future sustainability of the local community”.

Iceni Projects has provided planning, sustainability, transportation, and community planning services for the development so far, working closely with Ealing Council and the Greater London Authority.
