Northolt's huge Grand Union Village development has entered its final stage, with the last of the 10-year project's homes going on sale.

More than 1,000 homes have been built on the 22ha canalside site - the original headquarters of developer Taylor Woodrow, which merged with George Wimpey in 2007.

Christine Scarborough, regional sales and marketing director for developer Taylor Wimpey, told the Ealing Gazette that the project's 12 phases had created "a sustainable urban village with a real sense of community".
