Three new businesses will move into the ground floor of Lovelace House, empty since it was built in 2005.

Daniel, the firm which owns the building, said that the building would be split into three large shops, and reported demand from both a supermarket and hardware operators.

The news follows the opening on Ealing Broadway of Pret a Manger at the beginning of the month and Asian restaurant Tuk Cho just after Christmas.
